With an architecture degree from Tulane University and an MBA from UNO, she has a proven track record for managing people and projects, teambuilding, increasing cost savings, and improving cash flow. Her clients receive maximum value through her careful and consistent project monitoring, use of computerized applications for facilities planning and management, and implementation of facilities standards. She is licensed in four states and registered by the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB). Heidi Raines is the CEO and founder of Compliance Partners and Medical Executive Partners. Heidi’s work experience has spanned a number of healthcare sectors, including hospitals, private and public healthcare centers, and clinical research. Prior to establishing Compliance Partners and Medical Executive Partners,, Heidi was the CEO at Michalopoulos Enterprises, during which time City Business awarded its Innovator of the Year Award to her to her for successfully reinventing the company. At the North American operations of AstraZeneca, she managed the entire life cycle of strategic projects; creating, developing and implementing centers for clinical trials in community health centers, accomplishing AstraZeneca’s Circle of Excellence award. She also managed two section of the LSU Health Sciences Center, Hematology, Oncology and Radiation Oncology, including inpatient and outpatient infusion centers. Heidi is an active member of the New Orleans Chapter of Women Healthcare Executive (WHEN) and Health Care Compliance Association (HCCA). Her community involvement includes service on various boards as board chair or advisory board member.
Christe is Associate Vice President of Operations at University Medical Center New Orleans. Christe joined interim LSU as Director of Patient Access after more than 20 years at East Jefferson General Hospital. She held numerous leadership roles at EJGH, including Director of Corporate Education, Center for Nursing Knowledge and Research, Employment Center and Patient Access. Christe began her career as an occupational therapist at Baylor Institute for Rehabilitation in Dallas, Texas and at EJGH transitioned to a variety of administrative roles. Christe’s professional affiliations include the New Orleans Regional Leadership Institute (NORLI),where she serves as chair, the Louisiana Occupational Therapy Association, where she serves as past president, WHEN and the American College of Health Care Executives. She received a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy from Louisiana State University Medical Center, New Orleans and an MBA from the University of New Orleans.
Trudi Stafford is a Registered Nurse and former Clinical Perfusionist. She grew up in Baker, LA and obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from what was then known as Northeast Louisiana University in Monroe. Upon graduation, she married her husband of now 40 years and moved to Houston, Texas. Shortly after arriving in Houston, Trudi returned to school at the Texas Heart Institute School of Perfusion Technology. She worked as a Perfusionist for 22 years under Dr. Denton Cooley and she co-authored a textbook on how to run the heart-lung machine that was utilized around the world for training perfusionists. Trudi obtained a Master of Science degree in Health Care Administration and later a Doctor of Philosophy degree from Texas Woman’s University in Houston, TX. When her only child graduated from high school and her husband retired from the oil and gas industry, Trudi left the field of perfusion to return to nursing. She held a number of nursing leadership positions including Chief Nursing Officer roles at Memorial Hermann Southeast Hospital in Houston, TX, University of Pittsburgh Medical Center – McCandless in Pittsburgh, PA, Baylor Southwest Medical Center in Fort Worth, TX, and Ochsner Medical Center in New Orleans. In April 2016, Trudi retired from full-time employment and formed a consulting firm, Stafford & Associates, LLC.
Evelyn Nolting is a registered nurse with progressive experience in both acute and Behavioral Health settings. She earned her Master of Public Health in Health Systems Management through the Tulane School of Public Health. She served at Tulane Medical Center for over 18 years in various capacities to include cardiology, oncology, general surgery, and bone marrow transplant. She was the Director of Clinical Services at the Depaul campus and then Director of Nursing at River Oaks Hospital. She was promoted to the role of CEO in 2006 and serves in this capacity currently. She is a Board Member of the Louisiana Hospital Association, a member of ACHE and WHEN.
Kim is an accomplished Registered Nurse healthcare executive with an extensive background gained through progressively responsible leadership experience in a wide range of healthcare settings. Leadership experience includes turnarounds, organizational development and team-building, medical staff development, survey preparation and mock surveys, mentoring and coaching staff, hospital construction, strategic direction to achieve competitive advantages in not for profit and investor owned facilities ranging from critical access to large teaching faciliteies and market development.
